It is actually perfectly fine to lose 55 lb in 1 year. It is commonly accepted that the maximum safe (so you don't just lose muscle) rate is ~1lb a week.

Good job on the weight loss, but for some reason I doubt you burnt 400 Calories a day, which is what you'd need to do to lose that much, just playing Wii. However, I could believe burning 200C along with a 200 Calorie deficient in your food consumption.

Actually I'm wrong, I don't get the imperial system, ok 2 -1 2-1 it's about 90 Kg, which is fine if you are 200 Cm tall, er. 125 Lbs is healthy then if you are 5'4 - 5'6 (conversions on the internet) yeah you are fine, perfect weight, well done, very healthy
