I've been waiting 2 weeks. Even if I didn't get a green light from the drug screening (which was a urine test), shouldn't I get a call back?

Eh, then again, I'm a noob regarding anything to do with how employment works. xD

How did they test it? urine, swaps, blood?

Blood test takes the longest.. could take weeks.. but with the holidays even longer...

It only takes two to three days for the lab to give the results to the unit who ordered it if it's a urine test.

I'd consider calling back and asking what's up.

Considering they don't tend to drug test you until after you've gotten the job... I would THINK they would call you.

The boss may be sick though.  One time it took me like 2 months to get this one job because the guy I interviewed with had a huge emergency and was in the hospital and then just kinda forgot until i called back, then he had to move some stuff etc.

Usually when you get no call back it means you failed. Do you have reason to fail because the Maryjane will get you busted faster than way worse drugs like Meth, Crack, Cocaince, MDMA/ Extacy and Herione. If you did MJ your busted, any other drug your probably good.

I gotta say the fact that your actually waiting for the results leads me to believe you might have an idea you failed. If someone gave me a drug test I'd know I passed with flying colours. However if you think you may have failed chances are you did and they will likely not give you a call back.

I may have. I've heard of cases where THC came up as an abnormal amount for some people when they haven't done marijuana in their entire life. I've learned that they actually can't check for Marijuana in these tests, they check your THC levels.

Busted? Lol. I think you're taking things a bit too seriously or perhaps live in a very restrictive state?

They wouldn't have the courtesy to inform me? If I somehow failed for some reason then I'd like to know about it.
