Are you sure about this? I haven't played VI in years so my memory might be a bit fuzzy, but I think it looks way better than After Years.

Not sure if I am going to buy. I already got FFIV for the DS. I do want the After Years but a 7hourish game doesn't justify 40 dollars.

well i don't mind the game is great, but what about FFIII ? , that game only got remade once, which is strange considering how the others got remade a billion times.

I'd say that the game is at least double that. 7 hours is probably possible, but not for someone playing the game for the first time.

Shouldn't it at least look like FF7's battles? That would sound like a better remake than this... Having regular sized character models and attacks that actually reach the enemy... why can't they do that? If they want a remake they should make leaps and bounds else I'd just play the original.

Visual Style > Graphics

Smooth Camera, Intuitive Controls
