You can still pre-order your Special Edition copy from Blockbuster at least here in South FL, they'll be doing a midnight release as well.

Just ordered the Legendary Edition on Amazon. So far so good, but I'm still worried, they don't ship certain items where I'm from. They usually send an email hours later saying we can't ship your item. I might be a little paranoid, but I'll keep a look out for at least a couple days.

If all goes well, I don't mind waiting a week later for my copy.

I went in today 9-2-2010 to put a deposit on the Halo Bundle (I haven't played Halo since the original Xbox, but I might like it.)  I have been thinking about the Xbox 360S, and will probably get one. And I would rather have Silver than black.

They told me the last day was yesterday!

I was sad, but a kinect/250G bundle would make me happy too!

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

I think the Legendary edition might be sold out at game.co.uk as well.

I just checked and it is not an option. I never checked if it ever was in stock / available for preorder, but if so, it isn't anymore.

The best thing noone has taken into account though is, Reach went gold like, 2 weeks earlier than Halo 3 ........

Legendary and console?  Maybe its a specific Amazon that Bungie.net is talking like America's or UK's or something.


Bungie is assuming that because Amazon has cut the release date shipping on the legendary edition, they do not have enough in stock to ship them out to everyone who's preordering (I would figure Halo garners more release date shipping than an overwhelming majority of games). I think that's a fair assumption to make.


i can still get release date sipping for halo reach legendary edition on amazon. I think you guys are taking this a bit too far. Preorder for legendary edition is still available in many plces like best buy, wal mart, target, etc.
