It really depends, what are you using your graphics-card for and if it's for gaming then it depends on what games your playing.

Not in $200 range as GTX460 is way superior to 5830.
@OP if you are not overclocking yourself try to get one of highly overclocked editions with core clocks around 800. They are sligthly above 200 but the clock increase is worth the price premium.

I am a fan of AMD, but I have to recommend the GTX 460 768MB here. The 5830 is the same price, doesn't perform quite as well and uses more power.
That said, what games do you plan to play and at what resolution? You may not need to spend all of that $200.

Thats probably the best one under $200. GTX 460 is the best one for $200.
