I thought of this too! cool idea in theory.
I should start patenting all my ideas...
This is not an exit.

This holds tons of potential outside of gaming as well.
.....Cuddled up on the couch she watches a chick flick you watch something better....she watches crappy reality tv while you watch things get blown up on the discovery channel.
Used with earphones it could allow to watch different movies or programs too! Imagine making your GF believe you're glad to watch Titanic with her for the 1099th time, but you're watching Young Frankenstein instead! Only problem, you'd laugh at the most inappropriate moments, like when DiCaprio dies, but hey, I remember when I watched it with my sister, when that scene finally came after all those rivers of honey, sugar and molasses, all the boys were laughing while all the girls were crying in the cinema, so she wouldn't notice the difference...
well at least you go through titanic.
I have attempted to watch it 4 times now. Everytime the ship takes off I fall asleep. I somehow wake up when the ship is sinking lol.
Back on topic. Sounds like a cool idea. I had a similar idea but I thought it would be achieved with different frequencies (sorta like hidden messages). This sound more interesting. It will be great if they can achieve it with 3D.
I wonder how the image will look without the glasses lol.
suddenly i think 3D glasses aren't so bad....
- Wasteland - The Mission.
It looks cool but somehow I think this one isn't going into production it doesn't really seem that practical.
This was brought up in another thread. I didn't know you could pattent something that exists...
