Shows the top 6 anyhow :)

Most likely you will get to a point where 6 jobs are higher than the others, even the guy who was level 50 a week ago his top job was only like 28

Unicorns ARE real - They are just fat, grey and called Rhinos

I figured with the job being lower than the physical level. That's because he/she is trying to balance everything out by trying to do other jobs/classes such as farming, crafting, etc. My one friend on FFXI, named Inflames, was 12 years old and he had his Bard at Lv75...to top it all off, he was GOOD at playing the game despite his age. But hey, all the Bard does is just play his music and help keep the party alive I can't wait for Bard in FFXIV, though

I agree with markers.  I'm just glad I'm not playing the game while it's in the condition that it is now.

Huh? What condition? I'm having zero issues 'playing' the game as it is. Sure some aspects of the game is lacking, but it's still playable.

On a side note, I saw this one person do something REALLY interesting with a Guildleve. He/she had activated it and had some people with him/her in a party, so what they did is that this one party member went to the area where the target monsters were located. That person, like in FFXI, had aggroed those monsters and brought them back to the Camp. At the Aetheralyte (sp?) Gate, the party was there to fight the monsters. Now with this gate, the people in the party could fight the monsters, click on the Gate to restore their health/magic, and fight some more. Obviously and unlike FFXI, the monsters do not despawn after they go a certain distance from being aggroed.

I also saw a person, either a Conjurer or Thaumaturge, chain a shitload of marmots in the Black Shroud. The person must have used an AoE (Area of Effect) spell and accidentally got all of those marmots to attack them. There were at least twelve of those critters raping that person. I was laughing, literally, at the sight

Was this changed?  Before you could not click a gate to heal when you were on a leve...

Haven't played in awhile due to Fallout:NV coming out, and now Fable 3 and TFU2

There is a new update to the FFXIV software, and I don't know what it was about, but I have noticed a HUGE boost in the framerate. There is hardly any lag for me. Either that or I'm not noticing it from having the UI up.

EDIT: There is absolutely NO lag when I am harvesting a tree as a Botanist. There is no lag from where the little dial icon is being displayed, so I guess they did solve the lag problem!!

On top of this, I've been having an awesome time with the crafting leves They are a major help with just increasing your crafting skills. I'm trying to increase my crafting ranks as well. Then I will go about just harvesting stuff, but those harvesting classes are nearly at 10, too.
