Well with killzone 2 they had to create a graphics engine from nothing on a machine which was hugely complex- Im not suprised it took 5 years!
With Killzone 3 i expect the same graphics engine to be used but to be optimised and used more effieiently with lots of tweaks making it look a lot better without taking another 5 years.
However graphics isn't the thing I'd be concentrating on too hard If i was making kz3, they really need a robust online then this will sell like hotcakes!

I guess konsolifin (the thing on the picture).
Killzone 3 will be revealed in the next issue of Gamepro, probably where that shot originated from.

Yeah I just realized what it was saying. I thought maybe it was a signature at first or something. Looks like some sort of swedish gaming site or something. Anyways, a direct link would be nice because I couldn't find this picture anywhere on there and I can't understand what the pages are saying anyways 
That's not artwork, just look at the polygons on the top right of the pic (that soldier's arm).
