are people kidding me? "1up saying it looks as good as U1 is like an insult"

How is that an insult? It's a step up for 360 graphics, I don't believe the 360 had a game that looked as good as Uncharted 1 until now based on 1up's comment. Uncharted 1 is one of the best looking games on the ps3.. sure Uncharted 2 looks much better, but still it's just amazing. It shouldn't be insulting at all.. I myself was stupidly saying the 360 would never pas U1 in graphics, and look I was way wrong

I don't think they were talking about U1's graphics. Here's the qoute:

How in the world is near 90% bad? It still has a chance to reach near that. Either way 360 still has Bayonetta near AAA on GR, and Mass Effect 2 at 95.70% which is gonna be very hard top by any game this year.

Can you believe that Mass Effect 2 is the 15th best rated game of all time? (At least on gamerankings.com)

So yeah, In terms of game of the year awards, or even just 360 console game of the year, ME2 is a freaking giant.

Instead of trying to label Alan Wake as GOTY, we should just enjoy it for what it is: a good horror game. Lets be honest , the genre is not know for deep gameplay-See: RE4. Instead it's all about the set pieces and the situations the game throws you in. And we really haven't seen many good efforrts from the horror genre recently, so we should take it where we get it.

A lot of people on Russian forums have pirated and finished it already. There are a mixed feedback is comming from them. Some people love it, some people says its average. They say graphics is OK, but have plenty of major issues, atmosphere and design is good, sound is very good, animation is bad, gamplay is OK and storyline is average...
