sephiroth VS. Ganondorf

I think i like more sephirot. Ganondorf is a wussy he always have the opportunity to kill zelda and never do it, at least sephirot killed Aerith.

I believe you mean Ganondorf. Out of those two, definitely Ganondorf. Sephiroth was an awful villain in my opinion.

Personal opinion: GLaDOS. Not the most threatening but by far one of the most interesting.
