I just made this statement in another thread, concerning systems like iPhone and Natal. Your opinion?

Be honest and answer as a gamer, not a fanboy.

EDIT:
Yes, this is about tactile feedback. This includes stuff like d-pads and analog sticks.

"Well certainly with the Xbox 360, we had some challenges at the launch. Once we identified that we took control of it. We wanted to do it right by our customers. Our customers are very important to us." -Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb (10/2013). Note: RRoD was fixed with the Jasper-revision 3 years after the launch of 360

"People don't pay attention to a lot of the details."-Yusuf Mehdi explaining why Xbone DRM scheme would succeed

"Fortunately we have a product for people who aren't able to get some form of connectivity; it's called Xbox 360,”-Don Mattrick

I need buttons, I know alot of people that have broken their touch phones by touching them to hard lol.

Agree, I just don't like motion controllers or touchscreens to play games at all. Gaming is a relaxing hobby for me after work not a work out. This will be my new gamer slogan and I will march the streets shouting no buttons, no go =p

You can't really say that the iPhone/iTouch/iPad doesn't have buttons. They don't have PHYSICAL buttons. But all of the games have touch sensitive buttons. Some have d-pads, even.

Natal is a different story.

It took me awhile to get use to my iphone, but it works fine without buttons. Natal could be even be much easier with the voice recognition software bundled with it.

I am not yet convinced on the need for a Ipad for myself yet. Having a device that is both a reader and netbook sounds nice, but I am not sure how much I would use it.

For gaming purposes i agree. Analog feedback is needed.

I agree wholeheartedly. iPhone games are terrible imo.

No buttons is bigger than the PSP in terms of gaming software revenue. I suspect No buttons wins.

Tease.

you need buttons for proper games

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...

For me buttons are a must...i mean just try to imagine your girl without b......it would certainly take away some of the fun.
