Well I've played till chapter 5, yesterday I play like 3 chapters and an hour online. My hands does not hurt anymore, so that's a plus. However I still cannot understand comepletely the controls. Sometimes my 3DS fall of my hands while playing, but that's because I play while I'm in the bed :P
