So what the hell happened to Bumpy Trot 2 / Steambot Chronicles 2?

I don't know how long Irem worked on the first one, but I would imagine it took a while considering how much content is in the game and the fact that they're not a huge developer. So the second one's probably taking a lot of work (especially with the jump to PS3). Right now, I'm preparing myself to not be playing this until as late as 2013....
