Did Sony advertise linux as a selling feature? Does it say it on the box? Were there paid advertisments showing linux support? You have to prove that Sony advertised linux support as a reason for someone to buy a PS3 to have a valid claim. Otherwise this is no different than an operating system redesign. ...
