Anyone else seen Happy Sugar Life? I'm still trying to finish it. It's very unsettling, but not necessarily in a bad way. The interesting thing is that it doesn't really have a protagonist. The only thing close to a protagonist is a psychopathic murderer who is made appealing by mostly shitting on bad people. Every character is somehow mentally damaged due to trauma or psychosis. I have absolutely no idea how they will end this show since there isn't really any hope for a happy ending. While it's not necessarily fun to watch damaged people trying to cope it's a really interesting piece narrative wise.
