I believe any company can be up for sale for the right price. The crazy thing about a rumor like this is that, I am sure all these companies probably get bids here and there to see if they are up for sale. This could easily be someone told Sony they would consider selling if they bought them for 6 times their market cap or something along those lines. At the end of the day, its just another wild rumor with no meat behind it then one analyst throwing stuff at the wall.
