He means the mindnumbing music you have to listen to while on OS screen every time you are on the OS screen. Some people are obsessed about it and other features Wii U had, but for some reason forget how long it took Wii U to do stuff, that Nintendo for awhile constantly had to do performance patches and promise it will improve.
I am on the side of simple, clean, easy to load and nothing hindering me from getting to what I care about the most about the games. This is one of switch's draw that it is quick to play and quick to use.
