It's both thought. The Switch as a portable is down but as a home console it's up. You can't just say Oh but even if you just compare ot to 3ds & it's down.

The switch is only like, a week behind 3ds. And its doing that at its lauch pricepoint while the 3DS had a massive price drop.

Funny you say like the 3ds is a low bar. In the current age of mobile, 3ds pretty much reached near the potential cap of a portable in japan. There is a 3ds for every 4 people in japan.
