NSMBU to Captain Toad shows considerably better shaders and effects.
Nano Assault Neo to Art of Balance shows an upgrade to a physically based rendering model with far more sophisticated shading and textures.
Wonderful 101 to Bayonetta 2 improves modelling, shadowing, effects, and overall detail, and while screens obviously cannot convey as much, performance and animation are also superior.
