WTF!! Time to find a new site, I messaged him the other day wondering when the new numbers were coming, this morning I got a reply!
"Hello Gilgamesh, I know you and many of the users are very concerned about the weekly data and the reason for the halt. I've had some significant changes in my personal life that resulted in the delay. Honestly VG Chartz hasn't been profitable in over 6 months, the user traffic has significantly gone down and my other projects (Gamewise) has dwindled away most of the funds I've recieve from VG Chartz. I've been offered a job over at Neogaf to work for them to supply weekly data like VG Chartz, what with my complications at home this is going to help since they're offering substantially more money then VG Chartz ever made me. I've updated the latest numbers and once Worlwide is up it'll be my last week."
The e-mail goes on but that's the just of it, what the hells going to happen to VG Chartz now will the community stay here? is everyone going to go to GAF? I've been here for 7 years now this is a big part of my life now its going to be gone!
