Many people seem to think that's a sure thing that these games won't sell amazingly well again, so I'm just asking for proofs because I don't see any reason to believe that:

- 3DS and a pure casual game like Animal Crossing are still selling amasingly well despite smartphones and those devices are certainly competing much more with handhelds and this kind of games than they are with consoles and ips like WS and WF which don't exist at all on these platforms.

- Wii Fit Plus, Wii Sport Resort but also all the Just Dance annual iterrations, Zumba Fitness, Kinect games... all sold or keep selling really well even in a very recent past.

So please explain me with proofs and arguments, not baseless personal assumptions, why there is a better chance exactly for these particular ips to be finished commercially than for COD, Halo or FPSs in general for example.

Well Just Dance is already past its peak, lost around 4m customers within a year (12m to 8m). Mostly thanks to Kinect and Wii fading out and poor WiiU sales. I expect Just Dance 2014 to be the lowest selling in the series.
Zumba Fitness is over 2m overtracked here. Mentioned it often enough but ioi isn't changing anything, so he probably didn't change the algorithm either. On top of that the recent games sold faaaar worse than the first game.
Same for Kinect games, the first batch sold extremely well, the second batch pretty good and the third batch already meh-ish.

I don't see people spending that much money for something they already have for Wii and probably not even properly used.
While a new Wii Sports should definitely gather many sales, it's not really something new where everyone wants to put their hands on.
