IF the rumors were true AND the Ps4 were to use HD 7670 and the Nextbox were to use HD 6670. Who will come out on top?

Last I heard the rumor was that the NextBox was going to have 8 CPU cores, 8gb of RAM and HD 8800M GPU. It's just a rumor but it's the most recent one and if true it would be cool if it did end up getting called Xbox 8 with a Windows 8 RT OS. So many eights: 8 CPUs, 8gb, 8800 GPU and Win 8.
