I suppose having one good shooter studio could help Nintendo. Particularly one that already has a good track record on Nintendo consoles.

The other plus is the Reloaded engine was already brought up to spec for PS3/360, so it could probably be easily enhanced/ported to the Wii U, no need to start from scratch with an engine.

Maybe make a game with an original plot using the Daniel Craig-era Bond, I certainly would be down.

Honestly I think maybe Nintendo should approach EON (the Bond people) and see if there's a deal to be made for the 007 license in general. It was always a good fit and still is for Nintendo. Activision's 007 deal is up in 2014 and it's obvious they're just riding it out at this point and will probably be ditching the license.

If EON is OK with the license being Nintendo exclusive I would take a run at it if I were Nintendo. It's not like the multiplatform Bond games ever sell all that great, they've all flopped the last few years (Casino Royal, 007 Legends, that Bond racing game, etc. etc.).

Nintendo seems fine with signing deals/alliances for Japanese content like Monster Hunter and Dragon Quest ... what about us Westerners? Throw us a bone Nintendo, give us an IP that has some relatibility and catchet.
