Exactly! So there is a little advantage I guess...

 

ONM has some nice reviews for the games, though. And it looks positive there!

I am getting it in december so hopefully they have the update installed on the harware if that's possible and things like Youtube and Netfix sorted out.

I thought Youtube and Netflix were there right out of the box? It's only TVii which is delayed (and that makes me think Nintendo want to launch it Worldwide; in every region; on the day of the Japanese launch), and the update is likely something that will be included with the second shipment (so around January). 

What I hope is they fix the laggy UI, sounds a bit slow from some people.
