Genesis was first but eventually beat by SNES. Saturn was first but beat by PSX.

Things have changed a lot in those seven years.

Dreamcast had the best launch lineup in the history of gaming and continued to have stellar games each month.
4. Acceptance
Is acceptance the problem or will core gamers play the core games on their current systems instead of the ports on Wii U?
5. What do we really know about the others?
Mystery is a seductress. Not knowing leaves people to speculate that if they wait the other next gen systems will be greatly improved.
