There should be some rudimentary form of Wi-Fi. Didn't Sakurai confirm it a year ago?

SOME sort of WiFi functionality is confirmed, but to what extent or what that entails has not been revealed.  Obviously what everyone really wants is WiFi battles.  There have been some (relatively) credible rumors of late saying that WiFi Battles are in the game.  Nothing even close to 100% but certainly a decent amount of evidence to support the theory.

I still say the ultimate hidden character should be your Mii. Make it really obscure to obtain so in like February someone will be playing and all of a sudden see the "Challenger Approaching!", which would soon be followed by that person soiling themselves, lol.

 Lucas is the main character from Mother 3. His name can also be translated from katakana as "Luka", but Satrmen.net Mpther 3 translation team says that "Lucas" is more correct.

No character should be impossible to obtain...because that would suck for people who aren't that good at Smash. Everyone should be able to get all the characters in the game after quite a bit of playing...perhaps some help from a friend...

 Yeah, this is true. I guess they'd have the regualr way of unlocking a character, and then the 500vs matches thing so as long as your playing the game you'd be bound to to unlock stuff. This second option should be needed for the casuals...

yeah, i don't doubt that Ness is in the game. He's part of the original 12, that should be reason enough for him to stay. I would even expect Falco to go before Ness. Simply put, because Ness is not a clone and because Ness is one of the Original 12, people shoudn't worry about him leaving or not. And if he did leave, i would like to know why, because what reason would there be to get rid of the Earthbound kid? But whatever, as long as Link is in i'm happy.
