Im up to give it a try, I just think it would be beneficial to wait for a few patches first. Looks like it could be a fun game.

Gamekult gave it a 6/10. Cited technical issues and poor AI plus a poor horde system as big flaws. Sounds like none of it is really anything original or unique and it does some things well and some things poorly. Writing seems to be getting very different scores, understandable as it’s all subjective.

Meh. I’m about 8 hours into Shadow of War or I’d blow off the review critiques and buy anyway. Guess I’ll wait on a sale.

From my understanding, there is more wrong with the game than just a few story points.  This is coming from non reviewers who are just playing the game to enjoy it.  I am hearing things like 20 fps and many questionable gameplay decisions.

I am not saying reviewers are not flawed in their methods, but I think in this case we are just dealing with a below average gaming experience that could be bargin bin worthy.  Not a bad game, but not worth the 60 dollars with other more worthy games available.

First off I have not played this game so I hve no real opinion on it and if you are enjoying it thats all that matters. That being said though people need to chill about reviews. First off Metacritic is an average so some critics have given it score more in line with the ones people are saying. also in fairness though all the trailers nd things I have seen for the game did feel suuuuper unoriginal, and generic. You have to remember critics play a lot of zombie games so non of this will be fresh to them. Honestly before I found out it was open world I thought it looked like a rip off of the last of us.

Sony just send me a code for the digital deluxe version of the game through their retail partner program, I usually sell these codes but I redeemed it and will check the game out.

Get over it some people don't like the game. If you enjoy that's great but stop pretending there is some big conspiracy trying to put this game down.

You mean people can dislike games I like? What? But I have the best taste in the gaming community!

I'd also like to add in, if you are liking this game then you just happen to agree with the 20 reviewers that gave it an 80 or higher. Honestly, I haven't seen reviews this split between a game since Chromehounds on the 360. I might still pick it up one day when it is $30. 

I have to say that days gone looks beautiful in hdr. One of the best hdr implementation.

A little bit late but I'm gonna guess a score of 72.
