Because the ranking are a cumulative total of the past 24hours (and I think with some lag).  So if it sold out `18 hours ago that means it sold a shit ton in the 6 hours prior to that.

 
sony needs to restock and restock fast. this thing will sell like hotcakes if sony advertises it and keeps a healthy stock level. i mean holy fuck does it look good and i dont even like batman.

That's kind of funny because when Microsoft annouced their numbers some guys believed the Xone was overshipped and these guys were attacked by the Xbox fan crow (I think it was in seece thread). Well, it seems that we know the answer now.

MS overshipped... it was talked on GAF too with some stores anedoctal examples... there are single stores with over 100 Xbones  on shelves... small stores not the big ones.

That said... the first shipment after the overshipment happened now at end of February with the MCC bundle ready to March.

I mean can MS have shipped less than 1 million Xbone units this quarter... I think so... maybe 800-900k.

While that you will see PS4 doing some 2-3 million shipment.

Sony seems to have commanded the overall rankings. Should this trend keep up for the rest of the month, I wonder what sales are going to look like.
