I'm not ssj12, and we don't have a uniform method with which we must apply the rules. Pretty sure I've never banned anyone for posting pictures from public television. 

If I do so, feel free to laugh and point and call me a hypocrite.  

For the record, I ban precisely one type of person: someone who is clearly and deliberately trying to inflame anger or frustration.

Exactly, I'm assuming you're a better Mod than they are, however, why not have them come and ban you? Why should you be treated any differently? The student is bitter and just wants to get his teacher fired. It was unwise for the teacher to say that but in this day and age it's hard not to. The word is everywhere. Why is it everywhere?
