Batman: Arkham Asylum was released less than a year ago, but don't let that stop the sequel! According to Warner Bros. Interactive's German wing, Arkham Asylum 2 could arrive as early as October of this year. That's certainly the current listing for it, ahead of any officially announced release date. 

Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 was revealed at last year's Spike VGA show, although little more than a teaser trailer was shown. The original game received rave reviews and several Game of the Year nominations, including here at Destructoid. 

Warner Bros. has denied the release date and pulled the info, but the info was definitely there.

What say you? Are you ready for more of the Bat in October, or do you think that's not enough development time? Speak your brain on the matter, by all means!

German Warner website tags Arkham Asylum 2 for October [VG247]

The sooner the better. They don't really need to significantly modify the engine, the graphics etc in the first game are still great.

Add more villians, gadgets, locations and vehicle sections (Preferably using "The Tumbler" from the latest two films and I'll be a happy guy.

I think this game can definitely be released by October of this year, they don't really need to do anything significant.

I really don't know what I would like to see in the sequel though, I was quite satisfied with the first game. Maybe some new gadgets and more epic boss fights.

the first one wa good (nothing too special) ill probably not play this one but good news for fans of the first
