Probably true...and that continued popularity is why I don't expect to see Super Mario Galaxy 2 released for at least another 6- 7 months.

Mario Kart Wii is still in the worldwide top ten, and has only fallen out of it for like.... two weeks, or something?

It is pretty bold, and not likely to happen. All that needs to happen is 4-5 good games all launching in the same week (or 1 prior) and it's done for. MKWii was out of the top 10 even though it sold 128k on its 13th week.
