Forums - Sony - How come there's no new CoD for PSP?

Just curious why Activition didnt make any Call of Duty games from MW and up for the PSP?  The DS even has them, and PS2 has a WaW version.  Just been looking forward to a new FPS for PSP.  I'd enjoy more FPS on the go.

Pretty much no one buys PsP software and those that do buy "Japanese" games

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

because if Activision wont make alot of money they wont bother. there nice to gamers like that you see...

Activision was one of the few big western publishers that Sony seemingly couldn't get on board for their recent PSP revival push. EA, Ubisoft, THQ and Rockstar all committed big name games, to generally disappointing results so far, so it looks like Activision probably made the right move financially.

Honestly though, a PSP COD is one of the few games that would probably do decently imo.

It's indeed strange, the game sold quite well on PSP.

PSP is not making money for western developers.

Lots of games used to sell quite well on PSP, sadly that's not the case anymore.
