Well it wasn't really an 'announcement' (well, not by SE anyways) because it was Jeff Rubenstein from the PS blog that mentioned it. I'm not getting my hopes up because I'm pretty sure that any juicy info, SE will wait till E3/TGS (TGS more likely).

I almost gurrantee there'll be more information before both E3 and TGS. Normura has said many times that "shortly after the new year" they'll start showing a lot more information about Versus. I don't think June would qualify as "shortly after the new year."
