Forums - Nintendo Discussion - The sales for Dead Space Extraction appear to be picking up

The content doesnt justify full price, but i still enjoyed the game. I doubt ill ever buy another rail shooter for $50 though, and im sure many out there arent willing to invest in something like this just yet.

if people dont have the game, they should.  its more than just a light gun shooter.  people saying "i wont buy it cuz its on rails" are missing out on a good game.  was worth my 50 bucks, so if its come down in price than its well worth your time and money

Well when you drop the price more will come.

Now that It's $30 or less everywhere It's easier to buy.

It's just that simple.

At $30 I'm gonna buy it in the next few weeks. To me it isnt about it being an on rails shooter that doesnt justify its full price, its just that other systems get the full Dead Space experience for around the same price and the Wii gets this shorter game and expect us to pay the same for it.

If EA keeps shipping out copies to sell at $30 it should have decent legs for the next few months.

If the game is beatable within a rental and you don't want to do much with it after that, you could always rent it. Having a rental subscription, I don't have this problem. I'll play through a short but fun game, complete it, send it back after having my fun for 3 days or whatever, another game on the way, badda bing badda boom. No worries. Short but fun games are great without the commitment. lol. When I get a Wii, I'm gonna add a bunch of these rail shooters to my rental queue whether they are short or not. They look like fun.
