and I'm willing to wait on the Cop's report about you (although dtewi can you confirm who it is you're going to investigate tonight?)

This is scummy.

The Cop should never announce who he/she will investigate because it makes that person a prime suspect to be nightkilled.  The same point I made about both the Cop and Mafia targeting me and resulting in a wasted night action goes for any person playing.

Also, I wouldn't necessarily count on getting an investigation tonight so if you still think I'm guilty tomorrow (and I live) then be prepared to accuse me without one.

@: I don't follow your logic here. Knowing who the Cop was going to investigate during the night might affect who people vote for during the day. Dtewi already said he was considering you, Zexen or Sabby tonight. The only threat I can see here is if certain players already knew what the result of the investigation was going to be.

And I wouldn't expect my accusations against you to change by tomorrow unless there is good evidence to convince me to.

This goes back to what I said on Day 1.

The most threatening people to the mafia are the ones they cannot get mislynched.  It is hard to lynch me, it is very hard to lynch anyone revealed as innocent by the Cop, so these are the kinds of people they want to kill at night.  When the Cop shouts out "I'm gonna investigate Joe" then the mafia know they can shoot Joe at night and have the town still scratching their heads the next morning about who to suspect since the Cop's only investigation was wasted on someone now dead.

For this reason, the Cop or other investigative role should never announce their target.  Let the mafia keep guessing.

I see.

But by that same token shouldn't the Cop not announce someone he knows to be innocent unless it looks unavoidable that the town are about to mislynch them if he doesn't? And the Cop announced an innocent at the start of this day...

Regarding the FoS thing:

I just want everything to be as transparent as possible. That make it harder for the mafia to hide.

Yes, that much is correct

That's why I facepalmed myself when dtewi claimed Scifi innocent

Now there are two factions.............. nothing to do... Oh well Im out of the hospital tommorow hopefully (god damn you torterous I.Vs)

It's tomorrow, I wanna see your analysis of everything that's happened today including your suspects.

Im still in the hospital due to unfortunate accidents...

But here is what I have to say...

YOU- I believe you have a high chance of being town after you explained scum hunting and and got peopleto talk alot in this game (something the mafia will never do, but I can imagine a sk doing this.) I have a little doubt about you but not enough to see you as a suspect.

Zexen- said lots of stuff on but I'll try to make this short, so far I don't see anything suspicious since all he is doing is correcting people and questioning the protective and suspicious.

SFB- He is trying hard to tell people what he is doing and tries to please the people who questioned him too much...

Trangentspree- he is making alot of theories on pretty much every arguement and makes new ones... (I think?)

theRepublic- I did post after the third page (per 100 posts)!! you make me wonder if you're reading this thread >:l

Dgc- makes an arguement with the republic with reasons that can't be taken to seriously (but who am I to talk about...)

Dtewi- Most likely a cop so not much there... though recently he hasn't been talking

Sabby- I have stated that he is the most suspicious to me for not wanting to lynch Hatmoza... and a little strange with his posts...

The rest of the people I think of is that I am to confused with, or Im just bad player with a terrible analysis.

oh the only suspicious people I think its suspicious is sabby... but thats it :/ I'll try to skim the the thread to see a better view whats going on...

I've become suspcious of SuperAdrianK...

I know you've been in hospital (hope you're feeling better now buddy ), but it looks like you're hiding behind the comments you make (not really adding to discussion and also saying you're not really sure about the things you have to say). Also you avoided answering my question here after you welcomed being questioned here. I'm also waiting for you to reply to WoW here.

sorry... I didnt see your question due to unfortunate events... but the answer is my above post (i know it isn't much but still :l)

wow, Trucks, you're really good at this game!

the only person who's posts are still jumping out at me is zexen, sabby hasn't really posted much this "day" (that i've noticed) and i've noticed that since the "aggressive" accusations zexen has turned down the volume from about 7 to a 2, lol.

not his usual style at all.
although i do appreciate some of the comments he's made about other folk, but then in a game like this and with so many people its easy to find suspiciousness and "hidden meaning" in any statement really.

and where is sabby?

5:2:1 townsfolk:cornonthecob:tagliatelle

vote:zexen_lowe.

I'm tired about people talking about my "style". Can anyone, really, know what my style is? You (as in y'all) criticize it IN EVERY DAMNED GAME. How come my style is really different if you don't even know it. And it was nen the one who brought the style thing. Guess what, nen was mafia.

How convenient you bring it up.

As for attacking sabby, what the hell do you want me to do? I already voted him, I already attacked him, if he's laying low and trying to pass unnoticed, it's not my problem. I cannot hack his account and make him post. Sure, I'd think that now he'd better be lynched, but what can I do

The style comment has gotten me curious, because it's not really a valid comment, it seems more to me something you come up with to force a lynch, and I don't do this, but to please our obsessive player here that thinks that if you don't FoS you're mafia

i think it IS valid, i'm not as on-the-ball this game as i have been in previous games, but i can tell when there's something up and i'm not the only one. your FoS on me is quite frankly pathetic, it looks like an attempt to take attention away from yourself and FOSing me purely because i'm suspicious of the way you're posting smells like a revenge-attack. you want to draw attention to me so that other people will start thinking that there's something scummy about me.

face it zexen, we just "know" you

i'm no way trying to force a lynch - i didn't ask anybody to jump on the bandwagon and my reasons for voting have nothing to do with how anyone else is voting. so stop trying to make it look like im orchestrating something, we're not all like you.

as for sabby, he may not be here but that doesn't mean i'm obligated to think he's scummy. i'll see how that plays out before jumping to any rash decisions.

In games where the Cop does not get Doctor protection this is exactly the case.  You don't tell who's innocent unless you're about to get lynched.  If the person you investigated is on the chopping block then you try to divert suspicion without tipping off the mafia that you're a Cop.

In games with both Cops and Doctors, the Cop wants Doctor protection as soon as possible.  Roleclaiming on Day 1 usually doesn't end well since the Cop has no investigations to verify claims, but as soon as Day 2 starts then it's fair game.
