nobody posted for like a whole day after my last post ¬_¬

does ANYBODY have any investigative requests, since im gonna have to read this whole thread through anyway?

Its kinda interesting you bring his name up.  I was looking back at the day one posts and notice him bringing up lurkers here

But he kindly left one out, someone that was arguably the biggest lurker at that point, since he only made one post in the first 300 or so posts, and it was basically only a bandwagon vote. A person he even commented on that he didnt know he was in the game just about 75 posts earlier here

So how can you point out lurkers, and not point out the one that was one of the biggest at that point, unless you were keeping his name off the list intentionally.   Since he was later found out to be mafia

If I really wanted to keep stuff away from Seraphic, I wouldn't have mentioned him earlier, though.  And the list, it also doesn't cover a lot of other lurkers, I wouldn't consider it to be finished >_>  ....so Seraphic coming out guilty is simply bad luck for me.

I come back from a day of absence, and the thread has barely moved.... dayum. I'm gonna have to leave for another hour, though, some youth thingy at church. 

 

You made the list of lurkers 40 hours after you post how "surprised" you were that Seraphic was even in the game.  So why not bring it up again in your list of lurkers?  I mean,  you would have had to look at the main table just to see who was in the game, and having only 1 or 2 posts the entire game would have made his name stand out on the table more than anyone else.  Well,  I think I know why you didnt.....

I think you should look at the list of who is left and pick out the one or two you think is the most suspicious and try and find something.

He aslo at one point seemed confident that the Corleone family is dead since 3 members are dead. He did give the possibility of their being a fourth member, but it seemed he was confident in saying there was only 3 members.

Something related to the bold:

Does anybody else remember the 3:1 rule? That in each game there should be 3 townies to 1 mafia. So going by that with 25 players the closest thing would be 8 mafia. 4 for each faction. 

Although, there's no telling if TruckO did this, because I don't remember if he was around way back when we were talking about it. 

Now I'm interested on why theRepublic thinks there are 3 in each faction... 

I am thinking of the 3:1 rule.

6 mafia × 3 = 18 townies

6 mafia + 18 townies = 24 players

8 mafia × 3 = 24 townies

8 mafia + 24 townies = 32 players

The closest to our situation is the 6 mafia solution.  That is why I think there are 6 mafia split into two groups.

That would mean that either there was a doctor protection or that Trucko decided not to randomize lestat's action during the night, as he'd be the last of the Corleones and we know he was a lurker that delayed the night. I'm more siding with the latter, of course, assuming that the 6 mafia is correct, something that's likely

Look, I'm not saying what WoW wanted to get Sabby lynched because she's scum or anything like that...but there's a point that's completely unquestionable, and it's that WoW influences lynches, maybe not intentionally as in "follow me", but people do listen to her and tend to act on what she says. She's easily the best mafia player (mafia as in the game, not as in the faction) here, and thus people tend to trust her, and some will definitely vote for whoever she picks to lynch. If WoW hadn't voted for Sabby, I know 100% for sure that I would have been lynched

As for her alignment and true intentions, I don't know them...but if you're doubting WoW's influence, then you don't know much history of past games at all

Well, this is the first game I have actually played with WoW.    All the other games I played WoW was either mod or co-mod.

But seriously now, wouldn't KingFate have been lynched yesterday if people followed WoW around that much?

I am really surprised by how little this thread moved while I was gone. I was expecting a book to read.

He continuously said he suspected Sabby on Day Two, but didn't vote for him until late in the day. He didn't really suspect anyone else during the day either. That along with his limited posting makes me suspicious of his activity.
