Hrm, haven't been able to play since my brother took the game with him for the weekend... (unless I screw around on discs 1-2!)

I'm addicted to this song right now, though. Although I feel most of the soundtrack isn't memorable enough (compared to Uematsu's stuff), there's some real good stuff in here.

Beats the hell out of FF9-10 boss themes, at least! The song actually reminds me of FF12's music. Maybe I'll start that game up now, and give it another chance. I never actually finished it!

I finally beat the game yesterday. The second form was the hardest but I five stared him after a couple of deaths.

Now, I saved just after beating the third sub-boss in Chapter 13 and made a new save file after the ending. I think I'm gonna go back to my first save file because it seems to me like an awesome CP farming point! There's three Sanctum Templar who give 10K CP, then one side the first sub-boss who give 32K CP and on the other side the second sub-boss who gives 30K CP and all these fights are really easy (especially compared to those huge turtles).

I think I'll max out, all my secondary roles to crystarium level 9 there. Is this a good idea guys?

Q: How often does Shalong Gui drop Dark Matter? Is the drop rate lower than Trapezohedron?

It's 5% for rare drop, 25% if you 5/5 it

It's a higher drop rate than Trapezahedrons dropped by Adamantoises/Adamantortoises (1%, 5% if 5/5)
And it's equal to the drop rate of trapezahedrons dropped by Long Guis.

Why won't you farm post game? You can always go back to Eden and the last area after finishing the game. 

Also, make sure to get the Growth Egg to maximize your CP farming.

I thought I couldn't go back to most of the areas in Chapter 13. I thought you could only teleport to the final boss and not do the rest of the area once you've beaten the game. Maybe I checked too fast with my post-game file.
