I've had this question at the tip of my memory for quite some time now xD

I have another one of the same level of difficulty, but will not ask it anytime soon just to be fair.

There were plenty of Shimmering island Chocographs that could be accessed prior to Disc 4 ;)

It's in the place where Shimmering Island used to be at. We use Dead Pepper to obtain the weapon.
