Use the Weapon Lionheart on Lightning and Hunter's Friend or Survivalist catalog accesories to synthetize the Random: Instant Stagger ability on Lightning. 

This ability means that any hit made by lightning has a % to immediatly stagger any enemy, even those with ultra high stagger bars. Use a SEN and equip him with three General belt *, that will give you a 52 % physical reduction. Use Snow as a SEN, Hope/Vanille as Med, and Lightning as COM/RAV. Make sure Lightning has Haste on her.

Wail at the Gigantuar until Instant Stagger takes effect, and switch your party to COM/MED/COM (Hope/Vanille should always be MED) and just destroy him.

It isn't a weapon, it's a combination between the Lionheart/Ultima Weapon for Lightning and Hunter's Friend or Survivalist Catalog accesories. 

There are other weapons and accesories that can also synthetise that ability, but those are the best ones i've found.

Plus, Instant Stagger is pretty unreliable, even more than Death.

Instant Stagger doesn't always work. But when it does, it is flipping AWESOME.

Pfft, I cannot give up any accessories for that, Light has crappy HP, 2nd worst in the game.

You use HP accessories? I stopped using those after chapter 11, since the HP augment is pretty ridiculous. The only exception being Wurtzite Bangle which can give you 3K HP, but then again, at that level I didn't find it necessary.
