In torn between both Quistis and Rinoa, since both their ultimate weapons only have 107% hit to them.

Squal and Selphie have an automatic 255% hit to their ultimate weapons and Irvine and Zell are at 114%

Actually the answer is Zell. Every other FFVIII can get to 255 hit%. Zell's maximum hit% is 253. ROFL, even if you added 100 Triples and equiped him with Ergheiz.

Another point lost.

Actually, you cannot max all Hit even with triple in all characters. I've been trying it, and both Quistis and Rinoa don't get to 255% and I have their ultimate weapons?

Where did you get that? I can show you a pic from my psp.

Also, those stat boosting is by using the maximize EXP strategy from online guides. There is no way for anyone to know that unless you use a guide from the start of the game.
