i attacked an admantichild and it destroyed my entire team with two hits xD awesome! :D

 

EDIT: took on a behemoth King aswel... one hurl and my lightning went down without a fight

Try to get them on pre-empt, they're the best CP farming spot for the start of the Steepe. Fighting them head on is suicide though XD

yeah thats what i tryed and then one of the gogospinds (cant spell that) jumped and ran and got me which i was not expecting at all and i took them out but then the behemoth was just knocking my team out one by one quicker than i could heal. on my way to the massif now to finish class D missions :D

I tried to run in between their legs....but a bttle starts straight away....pretty unrealistic lol

ALSO The big adamantoises & the baby ones both SEEM BIG...but when I saw a big one next to a baby one....MY GOD the big ones are BIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGGGG

Never go for grouped enemies, they are just too brutal yet. Look for isolated Behemoths, especially the one running on the right side of the Steepe. That's an 100% pre-empt.

Alright I am just going to say this right now since I do not feel like writing a wall of text at the moment. Final Fantasy XIII is a great game. It's one of the best RPGs I have played this console generation. I also think it's the best Final Fantasy game I have played simply because of my taste. ATB > TBS and I never cared for exploration and always preferred the "getting straight to the point" type of games.

The game doesn't necessarily do anything wrong, it can just do certain things better that is all. It it is what it was meant to be from the start an action adventure RPG and not your traditional RPG's. If by the end of the game you did not get what all the "western influence" was about, then it's good because you obviously didn't care but I kinda see the direction they went with the game.

Glad to hear you are liking it.

I wouldn't say its an action adventure RPG though cus it feels so much like an RPG.

I mean no towns made completel sense to me story wise.....linearity made me feel like the characters....trapped & being chased after.

I dunno but the aims the devs had on those fronts got to me.

Its an amazing RPG.....not the most traditional, but I really don't think its action adventure.
