Do you need to buy it or is it in a treasure chest? Not that I really need it I only managed 99999 with a staggered enemy when Hope had buffed my weapon with the element it was weak against so might be a while before I did it lol

but I saved after finishing the final boss in chapter 11

I am VERY TEMPTED to go back to chapter 11 & max out level 5 crystarium for all my characters
