Steam has had it before for 5$, not sure about current pricing. I paid 10$ for it on EA site for DL from EA. Worth every penny. And ME2 was worth every peny of the 50$ I paid to get it off Impulse.

IMO there is no good excuse not to pay for the ME games now.
