Just for those that are interested, it looks like they've announced some of the new Monsters. Including Spotted Slimes (Dragon Quest VI), Mumboh-Jumboe (Dragon Quest VIII), Riptides (Dragon Quest VIII) and one of the main enemies in Dragon Quest IX.

Also, there's some new general images of the game itself, including a possible new monster never seen before in a game (unless its in Dragon Quest IX and I have yet to encounter it), the 'Slime Stack' is in Dragon Quest IX however:
