Spaniards, mostly Andalusians and Catalonians,  by proxy Portuguese(basically all of Iberia), the French, Italians, the British as a whole, but if I were to choose the English(but there is a large variety and there is a large range and deviation), Germans(same thing with the large range of deviation as this is central europe and a mixture of many ethnic groups), and of course the default Scandinavian countries. I pretty much like Atlantic and Western Europeans. I'm not going to mention any New World countries, as they aren't as homogenous and differ immensely.
