It's good to see them remaking some of those great classics instead of just sending wave after wave of dreamcast collections.

Color me impressed. I have however many points this game costs waiting day one.

Tag: Became a freaking mod and a complete douche, coincidentally, at the same time.

I remember when this game was the most "powerful" of the genesis and of all videogame industry!
In the box there was this sticker "8 MEGA" shouting at us when all games before were maximum 4 mega.

8 Mega? Did they meant cartridge capacity? That's weird i remember playing it on Amiga from the floppy.

Thanks for help with embedding.

Yeah! 8 megabits, and not megabytes! That was the measure of cartridge capacity back then!

"Oh my god, this game is 16 mega" or "oh, dear lord, Super Street fighter is 40 mega!!!" was like the fanboy talk back then, along with the number of bits the system had.

It ended with the cd games.

NICE!

I feel like with the announcement of this and old school style Sonic, Sega is getting their act together. All we need now is Streets of Rage HD (hopefully it plays like SoR3 or more advanced) with online co-op and they'll be back to Dreamcast-era Sega. I like to think that they realize that they blow at making new games so they're remaking the old stuff to try and get their teams back to understanding what makes a game crappy and what makes a game good.

It's not a remake, it's a port of the Lindbergh based AfterBurner Climax. Originally came out in 2006 alongside VF5 and Virtua Tennis 3.
