I'm glad. He murdered a person, so he deserves a life of boring misery.

Could have been an abusive, cheating boyfriend, in which case he got what he deserved and that guy's a hero. Way to be quick to judge.

Are you really defending this murderer?

He killed a person. Get that through your thick skull. Unless you have a license to kill, there's no excuse for it. Even if the boyfriend was abusive or something like that, does that mean he should be murdered? Maybe everyone should murder the people who bullied them in highschool. Way to be quick to not think.

I didn't post this about themurder at all but you made it as such. However, I do feel killing is necessary in certain situations, not many, but a select few. And yes, I do belive adulteres should drop dead, honestly, we need stoning back.

You know... the funny part about this is... it's not like court records are sealed.

His Sister in fact testified agaisnt him at trial.

According to her Testimony, he also tried to kill HER and also robbed him.  Though he ended up aquitted of both of those charges.

As for the actual ban... it feels kind of stupid and arbitrary.

Hard to say really though. It's not like prison should be a NICE expierence. Though at the same time prison rarely reforms and often just makes people better criminals... partially because they have nothing to do but get in fights, work out and talk about how they commit crimes.

As for people like this guy who are going to be in prison for life... got me. I always though maybe the family of the victims should get a say.

Then again that would kind of defacto be rewarding people who murder the family members of nice people.

Really I got no clue with this stuff.

Good ruling, he is in prison, its not supposed to be a comfortable living experience. If he wants somethig to do, tell him to go read a book
