I got it here:
after I ordered it, I noticed that it was coming from China, so it might be shady... I hope not.
Bioware: Mass effect 2 will sell 360 hardware. Agree or disagree?! | |||

Probably not. Small bump at best I expect. Most who want it on 360 surely have one.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
It would sell a lot more hardware if there was no PC version I'm pretty sure of that. This is a PC gamers type of game usually. As it is maybe a small spike nothing significant.

It is most likely user made and not made by MS. Which is fine... the only thing missing will be the ability to play Xbox1 games as it won't have the proper emulation software on the drive. there were reports that MS was banning these home made hard drives on xbox live but i don't think its a big risk...
For me to be right, just one person has to buy a 360 for this game.
Seriously though, I think the 360 will see a small bump when this game releases. But hey, bumps are bumps. ^_^
Dont know. If its attractively bundled it may well prove a tipping point for some people.
96/100 on Metacritic is a pretty healthy score.
It may not sell the system all by itself, but it definitely builds a stronger case for the Xbox. Mass Effect 1 was one of the big reasons why I finally picked up an Xbox. I could see the sequel having a similar impact on other consumers.
I think you will see a slight spike, maybe even enough to beat the PS3 in the US for a few weeks, but not by much.
Everyone who would want ME2 already has an Xbox 360 so they could play Mass Effect 1.
I only think there will be a slight spike for 2 reasons.
1: The new 2 minutes commercial aired during football playoffs.
2: Xbox360 owners buying a new Xbox360 to replace their RROD Xbox360to play ME2.
If this was the first in the series on the 360 then yes, it would move a good bit of hardware. Being a sequel of a franchise already on the system will not move many systems. If they bundled it with the first one (and charged a few bucks extra or whatever) then I could see this happening.
Ill be enjoying it on my PC (and cursing NO REAL CONTROLLER SUPPORT!) Would be great playing this with my ps3 controller on my pc :)
It's an opportunity that I will not take, as for all we know EA is creating a PS3 version. It will sell hardware for now.
