Kingdom Hearts and KH2 are utterly awesome. Good for you. IMO the best things on the PS2.

It is easy, but holy hell it's fun and the story is awesome.

For those of you who say that KH1 starts slow, I don't know how you'd qualify KH2's start! I mean you have to play for about 2-3 hours with a character you don't give a crap about, doing utterly boring tasks, before you finally get to play as Sora.

Both KH games have a very slow start, both with tutorial like stages with incorporated mini-games.

Also, both requires you to do certain goals in the minigames to allow you to get 100% complete game and access to the additional ending in lower difficulties. So while it is a slow start for both, they quickly step up the pace.

You started KH1? Ehm....well...good luck with the camera and controls, if you can get past that sucky part of the game, you might enjoy it

My advice is to know that KH2 is much, much better, so even if you don't end up liking KH1 (like me), don't skip KH2. If you end up liking it, all the better.

Oh yeah, also, do Tarzan first, Olympus later, not the other way around

YEs the camera is very annoying, but I thought its like that to add to the challenge or did they just mess up in that department.

With the PS3 shoulder buttons, its even more annoying.

I usually rush through the main story

You'll miss the secret ending if you continue doing that. Plus, you won't get half the content of the full KH experience if you miss them. Heck, Synthesis and Collosseum alone will take you more hours than the main quest alone, and i'm not even talking about Gummi Ship building xD 

I respectfully disagree, I enjoyed KH1 so much more than KH2. KH2 re-used worlds from the first one and thus felt like an half-assed game. Also the new worlds were drawn from less interesting Disney movies (except for The Lion King world which was great).

Also, I didn't get into that whole "nobody" aspect of the story.

No, they just messed it up, you can tell because in KH2 you have right analog to control the camera...it's good to see they admitting their mistakes

Actually, both the concept of Nobody and Heartless stem from the same thing, so there isn't much difference. Now, with the Unversed, you're going to get seriously confused xD

oblivions the ONLY RPG that made me feel like I should do all the side quests, cus they were all amazing!
