iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

I am very tempted to run to Gamestop and pick this up. I loved playing this game.

Give me sales numbers so I know if I should grab it early or not!!!

I never said the game sucks, I was replying to another thread.

The games gonna be fine, i hope it gets better sales than KZ2 and R2.

The game is awesome imo, I picked it up today, is it for everyone, no, noobs beware, this is a Tacticle shooter, not a frag fest, this will most likely be a niche title, but I'm hoping it sells well!!!

FOREVER IN DARKNESS!!!

Why is SkyNet wearing a PS3 Logo???

Thanks.

The game is shaping up to be in the same league as Army of Two 2 (76%)

Currently playing on PS3: God of War III

MAG is in no way shape or form for everyone, it caters to a small niche and IMO that Niche will eat it up like candy.

A small niche it cannot be if you want to be able to even fill those 256 player matches. If it doesn't sell well, the game will probably be dead inside 6 months and extinct within a year.

Do you know what its like to live on the far side of Uranus?

considering socom got bad reviews and is one of the most played games online on ps3 people shouldn't expect an online only game to get 9's or high 8's

Not too keen on this kind of review as it seems to be off the Beta. Granted I doubt the game will change that much, but still, I want reviews of the full game online on the full servers and not extrapolations from Beta play.

More of a principal as I probably won't be getting MAG just because it's not my cup of tea rather than because I'm nuts for the game.

I tried the Beta and I think it's a hard title to review, really. For example, scoring graphics should really take into account the fact they have to look a certain way to get 256 players on there, and the reviews I've read seem to imply it works just the reviewer would prefer X where X seems more suited to a smaller game - i.e. the reviewers do seem to be struggling with comparing it to other titles for reference which is tricky as there is little like it on consoles so far as I am aware.

I think it'll find it's audience, and god help any late joiners is my guess, 'cause the good teams are probably going to dominate over time.

Fascinating concept I think, though.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
